What is the New Lineup Guarantee?
We know the Cayamo lineup, for many of you, is the most important element of the cruise. When building a festival-style event with so many artists involved, schedules and timing can get pretty complex. Sometimes artists sign on immediately, and sometimes they just can’t commit right away due to touring schedules, family commitments or other opportunities.
This year, we have some incredible artists confirmed already, and will be adding more as time goes on. However, if the lineup just isn’t meeting your expectations before our first payment deadline of June 1, 2011, you can receive a full refund if you choose to cancel your reservation. (Please note we can refund the insurance premium you have paid for the cruise. However, if you have increased your coverage to include airfare or hotels, that additional coverage cost cannot be refunded.) This will allow you to book your cabin now and keep your priority booking privileges, while retaining the option of waiting to see who else we add to the lineup before June 1, 2011. And, for those of you who are curious, we do not plan on announcing any other main lounge artists from previous Cayamo lineups.
How does admission to ticketed concerts work?
Our goal is to deliver a balanced festival experience that guarantees you a seat to the events you are most passionate about and the freedom to explore & discover new music during your vacation. We believe that the best opportunity to achieve this balance is by asking guests to declare which artists & events they are excited about once the lineup is complete.
When booking this year, you will select a show time and seating zone for the Stardust Theatre ticketed shows as you have in the past. Once we have had time to work with all the artists to confirm Collaborations, Q & A’s, Photo Sessions and Additional Shows, we will provide guests with a window of time to rank the artists and events they want to see. Much like our former “Hot Seat” program, we will then assign everyone’s first choice based on the order in which you booked. This information will also help schedule the right artists in the appropriate venues.
We ask for your patience while we work to finalize the schedule because neither the specific show times nor the specific performances in the main theater will be released until after August 1, 2011.
Expect more information in the coming months about the complete line-up and specifics on how you will rank what is most important to you.
Can I attend if I am pregnant or just had a baby?
NCL will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the Access Desk or accessdesk@ncl.com with a medical certificate establishing your due date prior to the cruise.
Infants under six months of age are not eligible for travel on NCL ships.
