What is Cayamo 2014?

Join us on board the 7th edition of Cayamo, A Journey Through Song. We’re sailing February 7-14, 2014, from Miami to the British Virgin Islands on the Norwegian Pearl. For the first time ever, we're spending two days in Tortola so you can create your own Cayamo beach adventure. We're working with Norwegian to generate unique excursions to neighboring parts of the British Virgin Islands. Imagine spending one day at the Soggy Dollar Bar and then heading to Virgin Gorda for the next adventure!

Your Cayamo home is again the luxurious Norwegian Pearl. We’ve made changes to the ship to make room for more music and more moments- with only two days in port, your days on the ship are full of song from morning to night. Add to that all the amenities and pleasures of a Norwegian cruise, and you’ve got the makings for memories you’ll never forget.

Our lineup brings you the best singer/songwriters in the world. Join John Prine, Brandi Carlile, Ricky Skaggs & Bruce Hornsby, John Hiatt, Buddy Miller, Shawn Mullins and dozens more as they take you on the trip of a lifetime. You'll have relaxing moments to take in the stories, and lively moments that'll get you out of your seat and dancing. Whatever kind of vacation you have, make it your own unparalleled Cayamo Moment!

What is the Lineup Guarantee?

We know the Cayamo lineup, for many of you, is the most important part of the cruise. When building a festival-style event with so many artists involved, schedules and timing can get pretty crazy. Sometimes artists sign on immediately, and sometimes they just can't commit right away due to touring schedules, family commitments or other opportunities.  This year, we have some incredible artists already confirmed, and will be adding more as time goes on. Our approach to building a lineup is doing it a couple bands at a time which allows us to make sure you get to see a little bit of everything.

So, here's the thing: if the lineup just isn't meeting your expectations before June 14, 2013, you can receive a full refund if you choose to cancel your reservation. This gives you the chance to book your cabin now, while keeping the option of waiting to see who else we add to the lineup before June 14, 2013.

(Please note: We can refund the insurance premium purchased through Sixthman. However, we will not be able to refund any costs for airfare, hotels, or other costs incurred but not purchased through Sixthman.)

How does admission to shows work?

Our goal is to deliver a balanced festival experience that both guarantees you a seat to the events you are most passionate about and the freedom to explore & discover new music during your vacation.

Main Ticketed Shows in the Stardust Theater:  Several artists will play ticketed shows in the Stardust Theater.  As you are making a reservation, you will choose your exact seats and your ticketed show time using an interactive map with real time availability, like shown hereFor a 360° view of the Theater, click here.  To view a detailed chart of every spot in the venue check out the Lower Chart or the Upper Chart.

Closer to the cruise, once the lineup is finalized, we'll designate which artists in the Stardust Theater will play Main Ticketed Shows.

GA Shows with Bonus Tickets in the Stardust Theater: All remaining shows in the Stardust Theater will be general admission with all or part of Lower Orchestra reserved for Bonus Tickets.  Guests will get Bonus Ticket(s) based on alumni status.  Guests on their first Cayamo will get a Bonus Ticket for one show, guests on their second Cayamo will get a Bonus Ticket for two shows, and guests on their third (or more) Cayamo will get a Bonus Ticket for three shows.  Once the schedule is complete, guests will be asked to rank the shows they most want to see and will then be assigned Bonus Ticket(s) in order of booking date and time, based on their preferences.

We ask for your patience while we work to finalize the schedule because neither the specific show times nor the specific performances in the main theater will be released until closer to the cruise.

Shows in all other venues:  All other shows on board will be General Admission, so you can come and go as you please.
