The lineup is off to a fantastic start, and there will be a few more additions over the next few months. In the past, we offered a lineup guarantee as we needed more time to curate the top of the billing order. This year we’re putting our Sixthman stamp of approval on the lineup, and ditching the Lineup Guarantee, as this growing list of artists is poised to be the best yet.

We hope you find the 2019 lineup just as exciting as we do!

Though it is rarely necessary, Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to adverse weather, safety concerns, port closings, or mechanical issues. Sixthman works closely with Norwegian to preserve the scheduled itinerary and will communicate any changes to guests at the earliest opportunity.

Our artists are excited to join you on board for the whole event. However, there may be some cases where they must join us during the trip or depart early due to schedule or family commitments.

Norwegian will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the Access Desk or accessdesk@ncl.com with a medical certificate establishing your due date prior to the cruise.

Infants under six months of age are not eligible for travel on Norwegian ships.

A fixed service charge will be added to your onboard spending account in the amount of $14.50* per person per day for interiors, ocean views, balconies and mini-suites and $17.50* per person per day for all suites.

The reason there's a fixed service charge is an important one: the ship crew is encouraged to work together as a team. Staff members including restaurant staff, stateroom stewards and behind-the-scenes support staff are compensated by a combination of salary and incentive programs that your service charge supports.

Additionally, a 20% auto-gratuity charge will be applied for some other onboard services and experiences. These include, but are not limited to, beverage purchases (alcohol and non-alcoholic as well as ALL beverage packages), specialty dining packages, alcohol tastings, and spa and salon services.

While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these minimum service gratuities are agreed to be paid by you upon booking your stateroom. Should your concerns not be met with satisfaction you can adjust the charges.

*Prices subject to change

For a complete list of rates and coverage details please visit www.sixthman.net/insurance. Please note that the CFAR benefit (CANCEL FOR ANY REASON) is in addtion to the standard policy and allows a refund of up to 50% of the non-refundable Trip Cost for reservations that are canceled without a covered reason up until 48 hours prior to sailing. This benefit must be purchased within 21 days of trip purchase.

The Lead Passenger on the reservation is responsible for making sure minimum payments are met.  However, each guest can log in (or call in) individually to make their own payment for their share of the cabin with their own credit card information.

When making the reservation, the Lead Passenger can pay for only their portion of the minimum initial deposit, but the reservation must be brought current within 72 hours.  Within this time frame, other passengers can make their initial payments. The Lead Passenger is responsible for making sure the reservation is current within 72 hours or will risk cancellation.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.  We've teamed up with Travel Insured to offer two levels of insurance: a standard insurance policy and a 50% Cancel for Any Reason add-on policy.

  • Travel Insured's standard policy will reimburse cancellations at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellation reasons.*
  • Travel Insured's Cancel For Any Reason add-on policy will reimburse up to 50% of monies paid when cancelling for any reason not covered by the standard policy when cancelled at least 48 hours prior to sailing.*

*To review both insurance coverage policy details, please click here.  If you have cruise insurance and need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with Travel Insured to recover any lost payments.

See the Ticketing Contract for full details.

Only Lead Passengers can request to change or remove existing guests, or to upgrade to a higher priced category.  Downgrading your cabin to a cabin of lesser value is not allowed. The Lead Passenger must request these changes by phone or email.  In some cases a signed Reservation Change Form may be required.  This form can be found here.

Because the Lead Passenger owns the reservation, any changes to this passenger are subject to a Lead Passenger change fee of $299, and will require a signed Reservation Change Form. No lead passenger changes or transfers are permitted after November 15, 2018 OR once the event is on a waiting list, whichever comes first.

ALL names must be received by November 15, 2018.  Each reservation is allowed one free name change prior to November 15, 2018.  Additional changes prior to that date are subject to a $50 administrative fee per change.

Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made after November 15, 2018, but more than one week before the cruise are $75 per change. Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made within a week of the cruise are $100 per change. Changes or additions made within the week prior to sailing must be done in person at check-in, and may incur a fee up to $299 per change.

If you are the lead passenger with an existing reservation you can add a guest online.  First, your guest needs a Sixthman Username, and needs to give you permission to add them to your stateroom.

Provide your guest with your Sixthman Username, and have them create a Sixthman profile here, or login to their existing profile. In the Guest Permissions section have them add you to their Approved Lead Passengers list.

Once they're done, you can login to your profile and they'll appear in Your Authorized Guests list.  Now, go to your current reservation and add them in the Personal Information section.

One week after missing a scheduled payment date, a late fee of $35 is added to the reservation.

Three weeks after missing a scheduled payment date, a final notice of impending cancellation is sent, and the reservation may be cancelled by Sixthman within 7 days.

If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the payment due date.  In extreme circumstances, alternate payment schedules may be arranged.  Alternate payment schedules are solely at the discretion of Sixthman.  Defaulting on alternate payment arrangements will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Gift cards must be redeemed at least 14 days prior to sailing and cannot be redeemed on board.  Be sure to read the FAQs and the terms and conditions at sixthman.net/giftcard for full details!

Failure to produce this letter at embarkation may result in boarding being denied, with no refund of cruise fare provided.

Infants sailing onboard a Norwegian vessel must be at least six months of age at time of sailing.

Note: Two people under the age of 21 may travel together in the same stateroom if they are a married couple and provide proof of marriage to a Norwegian representative at the pier before embarkation.

We realize that your vacation begins the moment you book your cabins and we wish we could look after your entire journey.  However, the only part of your trip we can truly impact is the part that happens when you step on the ship.  In years past, we have tried to manage the experience you have with hotels, airlines, rental cars, shuttles and we just can’t get them to care like we do.  We will collect as much data as we can and refer you to hotels, airlines, rental cars, and shuttles so that you can make your own choice.  We will see you on the ship and put our energy into making it the greatest vacation you have ever had!

For directions check out our Port page.

At the port you will hand over any luggage you wish to check to the porters, and your bags will be delivered directly to your cabin.  DON'T PACK YOUR DOCUMENTATION, MEDICATION OR OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS IN ANY BAG YOU PLAN TO CHECK, AS BAGS MAY TAKE UNTIL 8PM TO ARRIVE TO YOUR CABINS.

Each piece of checked luggage must have a luggage tag listing your name, ship and cabin number. Luggage tags can be printed prior to the cruise during registration for e-documents and additional tags may be obtained at port from the curbside porters. *Please note that curbside porters are not employees of Norwegian and it’s customary to tip them $1 per bag

DO NOT PACK YOUR PASSPORT, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS OR ALCOHOL IN YOUR CHECKED BAG.

Remember, at time of booking, you acknowledged that the laws that regulate the necessary travel documentation are subject to change and that it is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for travel.

View the latest information from Norwegian at www.ncl.com/traveldocs.  Below are recommendations based on the current U.S. government policy. This information could be updated without notice.

Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your passport or you will need to provide an original copy of proof of change of name (marriage license, etc).

U.S. Citizens

Sixthman highly recommends all guests travel with a passport valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel. Although a passport is not required for U.S. citizens taking cruises that begin & end in the same U.S. port, traveling with a passport enhances your disembarkation experience, as delays may be expected upon your return to the U.S. if you do not have one. Additionally, passports make it easier for you to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port should you miss your scheduled port of embarkation, or need to fly back to the U.S. for emergency reasons. If you do not have a passport you can use an original or state certified copy of a Birth Certificate as listed below.

The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) allows U.S. citizens (including children) sailing on cruises that begin and end in the same U.S. port to travel with one of the following WHTI compliant document:

  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • Passport Card
  • Enhanced Driver's License (EDL)
  • Original or state certified copy of a Birth Certificate PLUS a government-issued photo ID*
  • Certificate of Naturalization PLUS a government-issued photo ID*
  • Trusted Traveler Program Membership Card, e.g., Nexus Card, Sentri Card or Fast Card PLUS a government-issued photo ID*

*A government-issued photo ID is also required for all guests, including children 16 and over. For more information, a complete list of WHTI-compliant documents or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov.

For more information or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov

Non-U.S. Citizens

All guests must carry a valid passport, and if necessary, a multiple entry visa is required for entry into the United States (i.e. B-2 Visitors Visa), or a visa waiver. Please be sure to check with the proper agencies and authorities (such as your local immigration office) before you sail because we can't board you without the proper documents. Travelers from the 38 Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries* must have a machine-readable passport to enter the U.S. without a visa. All VWP travelers are required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the U.S. under the VWP.

*ANDORRA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BRUNEI, CHILE, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, HUNGUARY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, JAPAN, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, MONACO, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, REP. OF KOREA , SAN MARINO, SINGAPORE, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TAIWAN and UNITED KINGDOM.

If you are not a US Citizen and are uncertain that you have the correct documentation please call US Immigrations at 1-800-375-5283 to be sure your identification will be satisfactory.

Alien Residents of the United States holding an Alien Registration Card (ARC or "Green Card") (Form I-551) may travel to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda (see Visa Restrictions on Bermuda) and the Caribbean with just their valid ARC and Proof of Identity. However, it is recommended that these guests also carry their passports from their country of citizenship if available. In some instances, ARC holders may still be required to have sailing permits and/or visas to enter countries Norwegian Cruise Line visits in these areas. Please note that travel anywhere else in the world requires a valid passport from the country you are a citizen of and subsequently subjects you to any documentation, visa and health requirements of all countries visited.

What if I do not have proper identification?

There is no Jedi Mind Trick around this, you MUST have proper identification to be permitted to board the ship. If you arrive at port without proper identification, while Sixthman will assist you in contacting the appropriate agencies, we cannot guarantee that you can successfully attain proper identification from the port, and this may result in being denied boarding without compensation. And this makes us sad.

Birth Certificates

These are OK

These are NOT OK

Do not bring your hospital certificate. If it says 'this is not a legal document.' Then it's not a legal document. We like you but we don't want to see your feet.

Congrats on your upcoming marriage, how exciting! Unfortunately, we cannot coordinate a wedding during one of our events due to the nature of our sailings. To ensure every guest has an amazing time on their vacation our team’s focus is 100% on executing the event on board. Also, we tend to utilize most venue space for festival programming and operational needs. Guests are welcome to choose to get married while on land  just before boarding the ship or at a port of call during the sailing, but this is not something that Sixthman or Norwegian is able to assist with.

Should you plan to tie the knot prior to sailing and make the cruise your honeymoon or plan to get hitched at a port of call, please let us know! We love your love.

The dress code for Cayamo 2019 is much more relaxed than a normal cruise. We want you to be comfortable! The only thing we ask is that you wear shoes and a cover up over your bathing suit while in the dining rooms. As we get closer to sailing, we’ll announce several "theme nights" – so be prepared to get creative and join in on the fun!

Smoking is prohibited indoors, in staterooms and balconies, directly in front of the pool deck stage (the lawn) as well as outdoor dining areas, and other various outdoor areas on the ship. This includes regular cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars or pipes.

Smoking is only permitted on the Port side of the Pool Deck (Decks 12 and 13), in the casino (limited to those engaged in active game play during gaming hours), and on the port side of deck 7.

Guests are not permitted to smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars or pipes in their staterooms or on their balconies.  Smoking inside your stateroom or on your balcony will result in a $250 cleaning charge added to your onboard account. If cigarette burns on furniture, linens, towels or carpeting are detected; guests will be advised and charged for the damages.

Electronic cigarettes cannot be used in public areas where there is a No Smoking policy in force; simply because these cigarettes look so realistic and therefore other guests' perception is that we are not enforcing the No Smoking rule.

Our number one priority is to ensure the safety and security of our guests, artists and ship crew. For this to be achieved, it is imperative all guests have an understanding of the behavioral standards to uphold while on board.  The information contained within Norwegian Cruise Line’s Guest Conduct Policy (see below) serves to notify all guests of the expected conduct on this Sixthman festival at sea. Please become familiar with this information and then get ready for a vacation that aims to create memories that will last a lifetime!

LIVE LOUD.
Your friends at Sixthman.

Full Norwegian Cruise Line Guest Conduct Policy

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Safety and security are everyone’s responsibility. Should anyone become aware of unsafe or possibly illegal behavior during their cruise, they should immediately report this to the ship’s Security Staff or other ship management. This may be done through ship’s telephone system by dialing 911 or by seeking the assistance of a crew member.

GUEST CONDUCT

GUEST AND CREW INTERACTION
Our crew members are friendly, outgoing and helpful, and they will do their very best to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Please do not misinterpret their friendliness. Crew members are prohibited from engaging in physical relationships with guests. Crew members are not permitted to socialize with guests beyond their professional duties, and are not permitted to be in guest staterooms, except for the performance of their shipboard duties. Guests are expected to respect these policies and are similarly prohibited from engaging in physical relationships with crew members. Guests are not permitted in any restricted or crew area of the ship, including crew staterooms and corridors.

VERBALLY ABUSIVE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE
Verbally abusive or offensive language directed toward anyone, to include guests, crew members, governmental officials, or others is not permitted.

INAPPROPRIATE OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR
Inappropriate or abusive behavior including uninvited physical contact, solicitation, harassment, vandalism, theft, violence, use of fake/false identification, underage drinking (see alcohol section below), providing alcohol to those under the allowed age (see alcohol section below), possession of illegal substances/items or any other illegal or offensive conduct is not permitted.

UNSAFE BEHAVIOR
Sitting, standing, laying or climbing on, over or across any exterior or interior railings or other protective barriers, or tampering with ship’s equipment, facilities or systems designed for guest safety is not permitted. Guests may not enter or access any area that is restricted and/or for the use of crew members. Any other unsafe behavior, including failure to follow security instructions, is not permitted.

DISCOURTEOUS OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
Pool, deck and theater chairs may not be reserved. Topless sunbathing is not permitted. Boom boxes or loud radios are not permitted. Roller blades, roller skates, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, surfboards, bicycles, and similar items may not be utilized on-board; except for mobility aids related to special needs, as approved by the ship’s management.

SMOKING
As the health and well-being of our guests and crew is of the utmost importance, Norwegian Cruise Line instituted changes to its smoking policy for all sailings after November 1, 2014. The specific changes prohibit smoking on stateroom balconies and limit smoking in the casino to players. On Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Breakaway, smoking on The Waterfront will be permitted on the starboard side, except by the outdoor dining areas. Public areas throughout all our ships are smoke-free. If you smoke regular or electronic cigarettes, you can do so in designated areas only. For more information on our smoking policy please click here.

CURFEWS
Ship’s management reserves the right to enact and enforce curfews on an individual, group, or ship-wide basis, if in the sole judgment of the ship’s Captain, such steps become necessary to ensure guest or crew safety. Children under the age of 17 are not allowed unaccompanied by an adult after 1:00 am.

DISEMBARKING FROM A SHIP
Parents or guardians must not permit any guest in their care under age 18 from leaving a ship in any port without responsible adult supervision.

PARENTAL AND GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY For purposes of this Guest Conduct Policy, a minor is defined as anyone under the age of 18. A young adult is defined as anyone ages 18, 19 or 20. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior and appropriate supervision of their accompanying minor(s) and young adult(s) throughout their vacation. This obligation applies during transfers to and from ships, inside terminals, while onboard, at our ports of call, during shore excursions and at our private destinations. This responsibility applies at all times, regardless of whether the parents and guardians are physically in the company of their minor(s) and young adult(s).

ALCOHOL
Norwegian Cruise Line guests are expected to be responsible for their actions at all times, including during transfers to and from ships, inside terminals, while onboard, at our ports of call, during shore excursions and at our private destinations. Consuming alcohol to excess impairs one’s judgment and reduces one’s ability to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations. Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly. The ship’s staff may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guest who does not consume alcohol responsibly. Ship’s personnel may request verification of a guest’s age to verify they are of age to consume alcohol pursuant to this policy. Any guest that violates this alcohol policy, will be considered for disciplinary action pursuant to the “Consequences Section” of this Guest Conduct Policy, and may lose their privileges to use the disco or other areas or facilities of the ship or maybe required to disembark the vessel.

Guests are not permitted to bring alcoholic (except wine & a corkage fee will be charged) beverages onboard and Security reserves the right to inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, luggage, etc.) at any time. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased from onboard shops or in ports-of-call (which must be presented to security upon re-boarding), will be held until the last night of the cruise. The Freestyle Daily will list the location and time for pick up. Guests who are under the permitted drinking age will not have alcohol returned to them.

The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Norwegian Cruise Line ships is 21. Guests who are 18 - 20 years of age can purchase and consume beer or wine when the ship is in international waters (3 miles out of US territorial waters). The age modification does not apply for Alaska and Hawaii sailings. The parent or legal guardian must be onboard the sailing with the young adult and present themselves at the Front Desk so they can sign the form allowing the consumption of beer and wine only. A notarized Parent Consent Form or any other document allowing for temporary guardianship for the purposes of the sailing only will not be accepted.

For purposes of complying with the minimum drinking age requirements, a guest’s age is established upon embarkation (beginning of the cruise). If a guest celebrates their birthday during the cruise, and thereby becomes of age to consume alcohol, the guest may thereafter ask the Guest Services Manager to modify ship’s records to permit their consumption of alcohol during the remainder of the cruise. The guest will be required to appear at Guest Services to present a government issued form of identification to permit verification of their age.

On cruises embarking in a country where the legal drinking age is lower than 21 and where a young adult (age 18, 19 or 20) is not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, they will generally not be permitted to consume alcohol. There may be exceptions made to this restriction in areas of the world where local laws require and Norwegian Cruise Line concurs. Details on such exceptions can be obtained from the Guest Services Desk. No guest under age 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time, while onboard or at our private destinations. No guest under age 21 may possess or consume alcohol at our private destinations. Any guest who goes ashore and consumes alcohol (whether under the supervision of a parent/guardian or not) is responsible for ensuring they consume responsibly and retain their ability to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations when they return to the ship. Parents/guardians are reminded they are responsible for the actions of their child/young adult at all times while on a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise.

Guests who violate any alcohol policy, including but not limited to underage drinking; providing alcohol to minors or young adults; possessing, concealing or attempting to conceal alcoholic items in their luggage, when boarding, or while on board; engaging in alcohol drinking games; or failing to consume alcohol responsibly, will be considered for discipline under the provisions of this policy.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For the most up-to-date list, please check Norwegian's website.

DRONES (Game Flying Device)
Guests are not permitted to bring drones on board for safety of other guests, as well as the welfare of the vessel.

ITEMS WITH HEATING ELEMENTS OR OPEN FLAMES
Certain items that generate heat or produce an open flame are not permitted onboard. This includes clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard. Curling irons and hair dryers are allowed and may require a converter.

DRUGS OR OTHER ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
No illegal drugs or other illegal substances including but not limited to medical marijuana are allowed onboard or may be utilized during a Norwegian Cruise Line vacation, including during transfers to and from ships, inside terminals, during shore excursions or at our private island. Illegal drugs or substances will be confiscated and appropriate action taken, which may include removal from the ship and involvement of appropriate authorities. In addition, foreign governments at Norwegian Cruise Line ports of call have strict laws that address drug possession. Guests found in violation of such laws are subject to arrest and prosecution by the foreign jurisdiction (and perhaps United States or other authorities as well) and may be prevented from re-boarding the ship.

WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVES OR OTHER DANGEROUS ITEMS
No weapon, explosive, or other item that presents a risk of harm to persons or property, are permitted onboard. They will be taken by ship’s Security and appropriate action taken. Guests are not allowed to bring their own scuba gears onboard such as oxygen tanks, diving knives, spears, etc.

HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT

HAND WASHING
Guests are strongly encouraged to wash their hands with soap and hot water after using the restroom and before eating or handling food. Medical experts say this is one of the best ways to prevent illnesses from starting or spreading.

ILLNESSES AND ISOLATION OF GUESTS
Norwegian Cruise Line follows practices and maintains policies that seek to prevent illnesses from affecting our guests. One of the best ways to prevent the spread of contagious illnesses like gastrointestinal viruses, colds and flu is to wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and hot water after using the restroom and again before eating anything. In the event you experience symptoms that indicate a gastrointestinal illness, such as diarrhea or vomiting, or know of someone experiencing these symptoms, you must advise the medical staff immediately. In addition, some gastrointestinal illnesses remain contagious up to 72 hours or more after symptoms subside; therefore, if you or someone you know experienced such an illness just prior to your cruise, you must immediately notify the ship’s medical staff. This will permit the crew to take steps to reduce the chance that your illness will spread to others on the ship. Failure to immediately report a contagious illness to the ship’s medical staff, or to accurately describe its onset, greatly increases the likelihood the illness will spread to others and is a violation of this Guest Conduct Policy. In the event of a contagious illness, the ship’s crew will take steps to curtail its spread to other guests, including if necessary, steps set forth in the Consequences Section on next page.

CONSEQUENCES

FAILURE TO ACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN:

  • Intervention by Security, other management personnel or law enforcement
  • Removal of certain onboard privileges, which may include being detained, quarantined or confinement
  • Confiscation of illegal/contraband/prohibited items (may be turned over to law enforcement authorities) and used for prosecution
  • Denial of boarding on the current or any future Norwegian Cruise Line cruise vacation
  • Reporting of incidents to government and law enforcement authorities for follow-on legal action
  • Removal from ship at the next port-of-call. Guests removed from a Norwegian Cruise Line ship pursuant to this policy, are responsible. Documentation requirements for re-entry into the guest’s home country are also the responsibility of the guest.

Though we don’t advocate being absorbed in the “real world” via your mobile device for the whole trip, we have to admit, your phones give us a great way to communicate with you on board.

We’ve worked with NCL to allow access to www.sixthman.net/today for FREE if you’re connected to the ship’s wifi.

You’ll have access to:

  • Latest Schedule: Due to weather or unforeseen circumstances schedule changes may occur. As soon as we make a change on board, it will be updated!
  • Your Schedule: Did you customize your online schedule? View only your preferred shows and activities!
  • Missed Announcements: Bing Bong! Were you rockin’ out at a show or chatting with a fellow cruiser and missed a ship announcement? No problem! Any important announcements and updates will be posted.
  • Venues: Check out the schedule organized by specific venues.
  • Ask Sixthman: If you have an event-specific issue or question for Sixthman and miss us during scheduled Guest Services Desk hours, send us a note! We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible between the hours of 10am and 10pm.

Go there now. Save a shortcut to your home screen and you’ll be all set, even before you board!

The Norwegian Pearl is equipped with a 24 hour Internet Café and Wi-Fi throughout the ship.  The usage rates are the same whether you use the computers in the Café or if you connect a personal device to the Wi-Fi.  Click here for more information on rates and services.

iConcierge is Norweigian’s smart phone application in which guests can access an array of information during the cruise.

Prior to sailing, download Norwegian’s app, iConcierge, to your iPhone/iPad, Android or Windows 7 device. iConcierge gives you onboard access to the schedule, allows you to make reservations for dining and shore excursions, and more – all without buying an internet connection. You can even text message or call your friends on board with the app’s messenger feature! (For guests to communicate via voice to text, each guest must purchase the iConcierge service.)*

*App is free to download, but there is a small fee to use the messenger service on board. Consult the app for exact pricing.
