When Can I Book?

The following timeline is based on cabin availability. If the event sells out during the presale, guests with active assigned early booking times will have priority access to First Available Cabins as they become available.

If you sailed with us on Cayamo 2026:

2026 booked cruisers will be automatically assigned a 2027 early booking time*.

If you've sailed on Cayamo previously (but were not booked in 2026):

Cayamo alumni who did not sail in 2026 must register for the presale to receive an early booking time.*

Being a part of the presale does not guarantee that staterooms will be left for purchase when it’s your time to book. If the ship fills up, we’ll offer the First Available Program.

Bookings: April 7-10, 2026

Cayamo Alumni (did not sail in 2026):
Sign-up Deadline: April 9, 2026
Receive Email: Afternoon, April 10, 2026
Bookings: April 13, 2026

First Round Presale Signups:
Sign-up Deadline: April 9, 2026
Receive Email: Afternoon, April 10, 2026
Bookings: April 13-15, 2026

Last-Call Presale Signups:

Public on-sale begins at 2pm ET on April 16, 2026

* An Earliest Booking Time (EBT) is assigned to everyone participating in the presale. At or after your booking time, go to cayamo.com. Once you sign in, your time will be verified and you'll be able to begin the booking process. You can also book over the phone at 877-379-9175. Booking times are non-transferable. Only one stateroom can be booked per booking time.
